2025 Middle School Brass Band Camp CORNET/TRUMPET

Join us in July 2025! - A 3-day experience designed to introduce middle school brass and percussion students to the joy of playing in a brass band, led by players and staff from the world- renowned Brass Band of Battle Creek.
Activities and Information:
- Conducted by BBBC Executive/Education Director Jerry Rose
- July 14-16 (Monday through Wednesday) at Marshall High School
- Fun music! Sectionals, rehearsals, skill sessions, and side-by-side performance with BBBC musicians.
- Delicious catered meal and snacks provided each day.
- 9am to 4pm Monday and Tuesday, Noon-7:30pm Wednesday
- Supportive, low-pressure environment designed for students with 1 to 3 years of playing experience.
- Daily transportation provided as needed for students from Battle Creek Public Schools and Albion.
- Free end-of-camp public performance on Wednesday, July 16 at 6:30pm. Parents and family members are encouraged to attend.
Cost and financial aid:
- $250 per student for all three days, including meals, instruction and camp t-shirt.
- Discount pricing is available for students residing in Calhoun county.
- Assistance is also available for families with situations of need.
